Vehicle Detail
The Good 4 inch Black Diamond Suspension lift, and 2 inch body lift Rancho air tuned shocks Alcoa 12/16 Forged Wheels 385/70R16 Toyo M/T tires with 13,000 miles on them. Sprayed bed liner Lower portion of the body is protected with Rhino-liner (purple to match the paint) Front custom heated leather/cloth seats Removable sunroof Cobra 40 channel CB Billet Grill Power front windows Wing windows (which I still really like, but all newer trucks no longer have them) Clarion CD/MP3 player The Bad (very cool) Original owner built it for SEMA shows. It was even featured on the cover of 4x4 Magazine 1995 (I have a copy). US Gear Underdrive (8 forward gears) ARB Air Locker (rear installed, front is plumbed and wired) 12,000 lb Warn winch (concealed in a Warn Enforcer bumper) Remote Start Custom paint - still in very good condition (there are a few chips here and there) The Ugly (potential problems) Power rear sliding window is binding, so no longer opens Power steps by Roll Along no longer function Power door locks no longer work 100% of the time Rear gas tank works sporadically (I think something is wrong in the fuel pump wiring harness) - Front tank is fine. Leak in the air lines to the rear shocks, therefore the rear shocks are at there softest setting -- this has caused me a problem as I generally run the rear and front soft (the truck already rides pretty firm). The Mac bulldog on the hood is my grandfather's -- I'd like to keep it, but I will leave that up to the buyer as removing it will cause some minor damage to the paint and reveal the two screw holes for mounting the bulldog. The truck is very large, so I am unsure if it is shippable. I am selling this truck after 10 years of owning it (I am not the original owner). I have used this truck during those 10 years as a daily driver and a hunting outfit. Between the oversized tires, rear air locker, and winch I have NEVER been in a spot where somebody else had to pull me out. I have had the truck in some pretty tough spots too -- mostly snow and occasionally mud or deep creek crossing. The reason for a sale is that I am mostly in need of a towing vehicle now and this guy is just too tall. So I have another F-350 that is a diesel and lower to the ground now...
