1997 BMW 328i convertible with a new tan top and tan leather interior with 76,000 miles in excellent condition. The car was purchased from a local dealership by our 84 year old father with approximately 30,000 miles then we purchased it from him with 43,000 miles. The car has been well maintained through scheduled maintenance by the dealership and regularly scheduled oil/filter changes at 5000 miles using synthetic oil. The car has always been garaged since being purchased from the dealership. We removed the original black top in 2011 and installed a new tan top to better match the tan leather interior. The tires have approximately 4000 miles since new. The car is equipped with all the standard power equipment features and a multi CD changer located in the trunk. There are no known mechanical or electrical problems with the car. The only minor issue we have noted is if the convertible top is left up for weeks or months, the first time you put it down it requires a little push to complete the actuation. Again, this is only when it has not been used for an extended period of time. It is economical getting 24 mpg city and 30 mpg highway. We will work with the buyer on arranging shipment or pickup as required. We require a $500 deposit within 24 hours of the sale to ensure a smooth transaction.
