You are bidding on a 1966 chrysler 300 2 door hardtop with a rebuilt 383.This was a calif. car since new till I shipped it to Pa. 2 years ago. I installed a new legendary interior,new head linner and a new vinyl top.Also new weatherstriping.I installed a rebuilt 383 with 5000 miles on it.The brake systm has been completely gone through.The factory air system works great but front compressor seal leaks so it won't hold a charge long but I will include a compressor with the sale.I went through this car completely as far as the mechanics of it.I would drive this car to calif. and back and think nothing of it,It runs that good. The car still wears its' original gold paint which is faded away in places but has a wonderful patina.The underside is beautiful with no rust or damage of any kind.Body has a few minor scrapes and dings but I repeat minor.There is a spot of rust about the size of a dime just behind the drivers side skirt but that's it. Car has all new belts,hoses,complete tune up with new plug wires and rebuilt 4 barrel carb.Trans fluid and filter was also changed and I'm sure a lot i'm forgetting. All the trim on the car is excelent and the chrome I would say is nice driver quality.The tires are about 80 percent.
