Vehicle Detail
I am selling a 2001 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor. It runs and drives great. AC Blows cold and the heater blows hot. This vehicle has no leaks or mechanical problems. The check engine light is not on and it is not throwing any codes.Which is awesom of a vehicle with its milage. I have recently had it repainted black and had the door handles shaved. It has an Autopage alarm which also controlls the door popper to open the doors. The carpet is brand new. The seats are leather up front but missing the rear seat at this time. Hopefully i will have installed a brand new rear seat by the time this is sold. I have also installed a new kenwood cd player, kenwood speakers, kicker subs and a kicker amp. It sounds great. There are no dents or dings on the entire vehicle. This vehicle will be sold as is with no warranty. If you have any questions please feel free to ask. This bidding will start with a reserve of $2000.00 USD. I have bought and spent a lot more than that on work and upgrades alone. Here is a list of known problems with this vehicle that do not affect its performance but might be annoying. The trunk needs to be connected to the alarm so that it will open remotely. The drivers rear door handle is broken on the inside, I am assuming by a criminal since it was like that when i purchased it. It did not come stock with electric seats since it was a police vehicle so the electric seats controlls need to be relocated from under the seats to the doors. There is a slight nickle sized cut in the dash where something had been installed and later removed prior to me owning it. I had planned on having the seats reupholstered but have not had the time or money so after i replaced them with the current leather seats i tried a cheap product that was supposed to dye the seats black but it ended up cracking a bit (the color, not the leather). Ohter than these little things, the car is great and has been primarily used by me to get back and forth from san antonio to houston while i am in school.
