We need to sell soon for pending home purchase. We bought this car as a Honda Certified used car with ~28k miles in Austin before we moved to Seattle. Autocheck report shows 1 accident. The date is inaccurate on the autocheck as we lived in Austin. This accident happened before we bought the car, which since it was a Honda certified used car, the dealership assured us that it was a parking lot incident and only minor damage was repaired. Paint magnet test looks good. Only one rear door was affected, and you will find no evidence except the door VIN sticker has a little overspray on it. Other disclosures: 1. The only issue is the windshield has a rock chip that cracked. Priced a replacement through the auto glass people who do replacements for Seattle Honda at $260. The crack does not interfere with driveability. If you prefer, we will have the windshield fixed before delivery. 2. You must take a letter from me (the owner), a bill of sale, warranty documentation and $50 to send to HondaCare at PO Box 2225 Torrance, CA 90509-2225 in order to transfer the Extended warranty. Seller (I) will provide the warranty documentation from Honda and ID cards, a letter authorizing transfer, and the bill of sale. Buyer will be responsible for the $50 transfer. (An amazing deal for a $1600 warranty that you can't buy from a dealer on any car past original factory warranty! Only from an individual!)
