This is my 1961 Falcon for sale. I bought it earlier this year and have done quite a bit of work on it. I patched small rust bubble spots on all 4 doors, where you see primer in the pictures, and I replaced all the window channels and fuzzy strips on all 4 side windows. All the glass is in very good condition. I also replaced the rubber seals (weatherstripping) on all 4 doors; I have the new trunk seal that I will include with the car. Cosmetically the car looks nice; it was lowered probably 3 inches all around by a previous owner. The interior is in very good condition and clean. I replaced the factory steering wheel with a small Grant wheel, as well as new horns. The exterior has decent paint, and has several small dings here and there. It has 13" bias ply wide whites on steel wheels. Mechanically the car is very good. The 170 six was rebuilt and has plenty of power and the Ford-O-Matic transmission shifts nicely and when it's supposed to. The speedometer, odometer, and other gauges, lights, wipers, signals, etc. all work fine, but the mileage is unverified. The AM radio is in place but does not work; the previous owner installed a stereo unit in the glove box and 6x9 speakers on the rear shelf. He used his ipod, so it is wired for that, but does not have an antenna. The new owner will need to install an antenna if they want radio. There are some neat hidden antennas available. I am selling so I can return to another project that I put on hold when I bought this car, too many irons in the fire. You are invited and encouraged to come see the car before bidding.
