Up for auction is a 1946 Ford Sedan Delivery. This is a mostly complete vehicle with a solid exterior body (body, fenders, doors...) and an interior that needs rebuilding. It has a 21 stud flat head V-8 that runs but the radiator is disconnected for repairs. This car has a 3 spd manual transmission that is mated to a Columbia 2 spd. rear end. None of the running gear is original to the car, but mostly period correct and easily changed to suit. This would be a great project for the right person. I have an extra very good running flat head engine that could be included in the sale if the sale reaches at least $4500. This engine is from a 1953 Ford truck, and is totally complete (air cleaner to oil pan and bell housing with clutch). It runs strong and has good compression.
