1979 Y84 Trans AmThis is a very original unmolested car. It has the numbers matching 403 engine backed by an automatic transmission. The 2.73 gears (2500rpm at 75mph) make for pleasureful highway cruising. The engine runs excellent and the transmission shifts smooth. The A/C system has been completely gone through with a new compressor, dryer, and R134a conversion. Everything on the car is in operational condition with the exception of the cruise control. The paint and decals are less than a year old. The body was blocked several times prior to paint. This is not your typical rusty TA, this car was purchased new in Alabama and spent the rest of its life here in Georgia. I have tons of documentation dating back to 1979.
