The stated auction terms must be observed to maintain this guarantee. This is a great looking, low mileage 2000 Mercedes ML320 with 99,368 miles. This Mercedes is equipped with Factory Navigation, All-Wheel-Drive, Leather Interior, and the Power Sunroof. * This vehicle was possessed by the state of Pennsylvania earlier this year. Apparently, it was parked illegally and subsequently towed and stored at an impound for an extended period. The owner either did not reclaim it, or could not afford the towing and storage fees so it became the property of the state of PA. A reconstructed title was then issued as a standard state procedure indicating that it was formerly abandoned. (This is NOT a vehicle that was totaled, damaged, or a flood vehicle). This vehicle comes with a PA title that can be registered and titled in any state just like any other vehicle. The engine runs very strong, and the automatic transmission shifts very well. There are a nice set of matching tires that are all showing excellent tread. The records show that the timing belt was changed at 97k miles. We checked and tested all of the power windows, door locks, seats, heater and air conditioning. They are all working very well. The Brilliant Green Emerald finish on this Mercedes is in terrific condition. There are only a few nicks or minor imperfection on the body, and there aren’t any dents or scratches. The wheels and both of the bumpers are in great condition. The undercarriage is clean, dry and in excellent condition as well. The interior has been very well maintained and is very clean and in excellent condition. All of the seats are in great condition with only minor wear, and the carpeting is fluffy and in great shape with some normal wear or stains. There aren’t any rips, stains or holes on any of the seats or carpeting. This was a non-smoker owned vehicle, and there aren’t any smoke odors or burn marks inside this car. The title is clean and clear without any liens or encumbrances. This is a very nice running Mercedes that should provide great service for many years to come. REGISTRATION, TITLES & FEES: Out of state purchasers do not pay any Pennsylvania sales tax. A $60 fee will be added to the final sale price of each online transaction, which will cover document fees and preparation, notarizations, and courier costs. Temporary Transit Tags are available through the state of PA for $50, which will provide valid registration for a period of 30 days. In order to obtain this tag, please provide proof of insurance for any vehicle that you presently own. Titles are available to the buyer immediately upon full irrevocable payment, which is performed by bank wire transfer, cash in person, or certified personal check. Otherwise, the title will be sent to you after your payments have cleared our bank. Occasionally, a title is still being processed by the state and we will issue free temporary registration until the title is received. All vehicles we sell on eBay are stored in a separate secured facility and we require that all vehicles be picked up within ten days of auction completion. Storage charges after ten days will be charged at $15/day for cars, and more for trucks and larger vehicles depending on size. We will try to exercise some flexibility to accommodate special requests regarding our terms, if they are placed before the auction ends.
