It has what I was told is a Gibbons Body sitting on a REAL 1932 FORD ROADSTER FRAME that has been BOXED with the addition of a MUSTANG II FRONT END! This car is titled and registered as a real 1932 Ford because of the frame so you never have to worry about smog or any funny business like other special construction 32 Ford's, also insurance is super cheap because of it being a 1932 vehicle. There is only 10,201 miles on the car since the complete build. The car was purchased in Texas 6 years ago and has been in CALIFORNIA ever since! The GRILL SHELL, SIDE HOOD PIECES AND UPPER are ORIGINAL 1932 FORD STEEL along with THE FRAME as mentioned above. This car has a BUILT 350 CHEVY SMALL BLOCK with a NICE LOPEY CAM that really gets you down the road FAST! The car is equipped with an EDELBROCK ALUMINIUM INTAKE MANIFOLD along with an EDELBROCK 650 AFB CARBURETOR WITH AN ELECTRIC CHOKE THAT ACTUALLY WORKS! The car has POLISHED BILLIT VALVE COVERS and a POLISHED PULLEY SET along with a POLISHED WATER PUMP AND ALTERNATOR. It is running an MSD ELECTRONIC DISTRIBUTOR with a PROMASTER MALLORY COIL. There is an OVERSIZED RADIATOR with ELECTRONIC FAN THAT GOES ON AUTOMATICALLY! The car has NICKEL PLATED SHORTY HEADERS running through 2 1/2" STAINLESS STEEL EXHAUST THROUGH SUPER TURBO MUFFLERS with megaphone exhaust tips exiting the rear. SOUNDS AWESOME! The transmission is a TURBO 350 3 SPEED AUTOMATIC with a LOKAR SHIFTER that SHIFTS THROUGH ALL THE GEARS FLAWLESSLY. It also has an EXTERNAL TRANSMISSION COOLER LOCATED UNDER THE BODY. The rear end is a FORD 9" with 3.08 gears making it FAST OFF THE LINE AND GREAT ON THE FREEWAY FOR CRUISING SPEEDS! It is equipped with the stock drum brakes in the rear and DISC BRAKES in the front. ALL THE BRAKES WORK GREAT AND IT STOPS ON A DIME WITH NO PULLING TO EITHER SIDE! The rear suspension is leaf springs with shocks. As mentioned the front end is all MUSTANG II SUSPENSION MAKING FOR AN EXTREMELY BETTER RIDE THAN YOUR TYPICAL DROP AXLE HOT ROD! THIS CAR HANDLES GREAT, ESPECIALLY WITH THE HEIDT'S FRONT COILOVER SUSPENSION AND MUSTANG II RACK AND PINION STEERING. The front brake calipers are POLISHED ALUMINIUM. The car is sitting on 195/70/14's in the front and 255/70/15's in the back. There is only 10k miles on the tires and there are TORQ THRUST D's at all four corners. The wheel and tire combination gives this car that AWESOME HOT ROD STAGGERED LOOK! The 32' FORD STEEL GRILL SHELL has one minor ding on the passenger side that is barely noticeable and a couple of the metal slats on the grill insert are slightly bent as shown in the pictures. The STEEL SIDE HOODS have been louvered and the STEEL TOP HOOD has not. The frame is a REAL 1932 FORD ROADSTER FRAME THAT HAS BEEN BOXED ALONG WITH HAVING THE HOLES FILLED. The glass body is very nice and FITS VERY WELL on top of the STEEL FRAME and DOES NOT RATTLE OR SQUEAK LIKE MOST GLASS BODIES! IT IS EXTREMELY SOLID! The car has been finished in HOT ROD YELLOW base coat/ clear coat. Since this car is a driver there are a few nicks in various spots that have been pointed out in the pictures. IT STILL LOOKS AMAZING AND GET THUMBS UP EVERYWHERE! The entire undercarriage matches the top and was painted to match. ALL THE BODY LINES ARE NICE! There is one very minor thumbnail size crack on top of the driver door as shown in the pictures. On occasion the driver door latch doesn't pull the door all the way in. It may need an adjustment eventually although it hasn't given me any issues in a while. I just wanted to make a note of it. The neutral safety switch is probably going bad. It's no more than a $10 part. I just haven't got around to buying it and installing it. It hasn't given me any issues lately. If it acts up I just start it in neutral. I just wanted to make a note of it. The car has CHROME HEADLIGHTS IN THE FRONT WITH 1937 FORD TEARDROP TAIL LAMPS. ALL THE ELECTRICAL WORKS! ALL THE GAUGES WORK! THE HEAD LIGHTS, TAIL LIGHTS AND TURN SIGNALS ALL WORK! The car has a dropped GM TILT COLUMN! It also has a WOODGRAIN GRANT STEERING WHEEL. There is an AUTOMETER TACH THAT HAS BEEN MOUNTED UNDER THE DASH. THERE IS A LOKAR SHIFTER WITH BLACK LEATHER BOOT ALONG WITH A LOKAR EMERGENCY BRAKE HANDLE AND MATCHING LEATHER BOOT. THE GAUGE BEZEL IS A BILLIT SPECIALITES BILLIT ALUMINUM BEZEL WITH WHITE FACED VINTAGE VDO GAUGES THAT CONSIST OF A VOLTMETER, WATER TEMP GAUGE, ACCURATE FUEL GAUGE AND OIL PRESSURE GAUGE ALONG WITH THE 120 MPH SPEEDOMETER THAT SHOWS 10,201 MILES. It has a laid back 32 ROADSTER WINDSHIELD FRAME that is POLISHED CHROME along with a CHROME SIDE VIEW MIRROR. The interior is gray vinyl. It is in NICE SHAPE with NO RIPS OR TEARS. The seat ADJUSTS FORWARD AND BACKWARD AND FOLDS DOWN. It also has ARM RESTS THAT FOLD DOWN ON BOTH THE PASSENGER AND DRIVER SIDES. It also has optional headrests. The headrests themselves are M.I.A but they are easy to find if you wanted to go that route. I personally think it looks WAY BETTER without the head rests. The trunk is finished in gray carpet like the interior with the battery being mounted in the trunk in a plastic battery box. There is also a CUSTOM MATCHED fire extinguisher in the trunk and a small storage compartment. The font license plate is also currently in the trunk. The trunk and the hood BOTH WORK OFF OF DOOR RELEASES THAT ARE LOCATED INSIDE THE VEHICLE. THE HORN WORKS!
