THESE ARE OUR TERMS: Due to non paying and non serious bidders, this is now a re-listed item. If you do not like our terms, we're sorry. A few bad apples have spolied it for everyone. If you place a bid, please email us your phone number so that we can guage the seriousness of your offer and also get on the same page as far as how you will be making payment. If you do not email us your phone number at the time of your bid, we will cancel your bid and block your user name from further bidding. A non-refundable $500 deposit is due by 5pm Monday August 27. If you are a serious buyer then the deposit by 5 p.m. will be no problem. If payment is not made, you will be reported to ebay. Again, we are very sorry for this stance but for some reason, folks just love playing on ebay while wasting other peoples time. Up for bid is a VERY repairable, hit on the side, BMW 545i. Because it's a 2004, the insurance company is going to total it. We are in negotiations as I type so there's a chance that I may accept whatever offer they give me and surrender the vehicle. If it's too low, I will sell it myself. As you can see in the pictures (I appologize for the poor quality), it needs 2 doors, and a good body person to re-align the front corner area, part of the rear quarter panel and sand, prime and paint the rear corner bumper. If you will review our 175+ feedbacks (with the exception of the 1 negative that was left by the customer from you know where...), you will see that we are honest sellers. This is my personal car that I am selling and have only owned since late last year. The car runs STRONG. Put it on the interstate and it goes with ZERO hesitation, ZERO miss, ZERO sputter, ZERO anything. It flat out goes! AC and Heat work GREAT and the overall paint for an 8 year old car is pretty good when washed and waxed. The rear quarter panel rubs against the tire and is not safe to drive. Honestly, if you had to, it could be pulled out and test driven although the tire itself is whithered do to the metal rubbing against it. The front tires are in good condition. The rear tires are racing slicks. All power options, including sunroof, work. Part of the wood dash, although you cannot tell, is loose as some of the clips are missing. The ash trays were not opening so I took them apart to try and fix them. No luck there, so they are partially disassembled. Multiple lights on the dash came on in the last 60 or so days but based on the other two BMW's that I had and put a total of 200,000+ miles on, it's probably nothing major. For instance, the seat belt light is on, the airbag light is on (factory recall at one point), tire pressure light is on, brake light is on, etc. The warning lights will have to be cleared before the i-drive (display) will allow for commands to be made. I also took close up pictures of other imperfections on the car not related to the accident. The car engines lifters tick when started. If you will google this, you will see that BMW knows about this and in late 2008 began incorporating better quality valves. It's not a lack of oil but rather air getting in places it shouldn't be. Or something like that...It usually goes away but not always. Again, google "ticking noise on E60 engine" and you'll see that what I am saying is true. There are also searches that say the ticking noise is injectors firing on this particular model and that, supposedly, the dealer says this is normal. Again, do your own research. The car has a clean TN title although the previous title is a salvage title. You can call me personally if you have any questions at (865) 382-4530.-Marvin
