Vehicle Detail

For Sale: 1950 Ford Custom. Mechanicals: Chevy 283 V8 with Edelbrock performer manifold and 500cfm performer carb (manual choke). It also has a Chevy Turbo 350 transmission with Gennie shifter. Stock Rear, stock brakes on rear upgraded master cylinder and disk brake conversion for the front from Jamco Suspension. The car has been rewired using an EZ Wiring harness (complete rewiring) as well as brand new Coker Tires Firestone Bias Ply wide white wall tires with blacked out rims. New front bench seat, completely reworked steering wheel and dash with a brand new stereo and oil/water/charging gauges as well as a new fuel gauge. The dash has been painted John Deer "Blitz Black" with Ivory accents on some of the dash inlays and steering wheel is ivory as well. The car has been lowered 4 inches in the rear and 3 inches in the front by way of lowering blocks in the rear and Aerostar coils upfront. Car has had its front end realigned. The car is very custom in that it has a custom hood and the rear has 56 Chevy taillights instead of the stock 50 Ford taillights. The car is painted Bronze (think shiny new penny) and the door panels have been reupholstered with an ivory fabric. The door handles and trunk lid have been shaved as well as the headlights have been frenched. I also have, but not yet installed a Jamco Chevy engine and transmission mount kit, as well as a mustang gas tank to go in place of the one inside the trunk. The car is beautiful and ready to be finished. This is a traditional hot rod and has had a lot of thought and effort put into it when selecting parts to finish the car. I have invested over $9K in parts alone, not including the cost of the car. You will certainly be getting a deal. The car does run, it needs the brake lines finished and bled, and the engine bay buttoned up...the car other then that is ready to be driven.
