Vehicle Detail

1970 1/2 Pontiac Trans Am -(Very Rare, Real Deal, 1970 1/2 Trans Am, Lucerne Blue, 4spd )- Matching numbers Ram Air lll 400, motor completely rebuild, just got it back from the motor shop, have all the reciepts from the motor shop. The motor does not run yet, needs to be wired, hoses and adds and ends. The motor and tranny are bolted up in the car along with the correct Hurst Shifter and linkage and driveshaft, just needs the completion to run, also the whole clutch assembly is all brand new. The 12 bolt rear end is still in the car with the 3.73 posi, rear end code is COZ. The old owner told me that the rear end has been gone threw, also I had the rear drums all turned, and have the new complete brake kits for both sides. Still has the original front and rear sway bars. The other original parts that come with the car are in the posted pictures. The Trans Am body is in good shape, looks pretty straight and solid, has been in primer for many many years. Don't see any major rust issues, the floors look to be in good shape, the trunk is in good shape too, the trunk has some surface rust but over all looks good. The dash on the drivers side in the far corner next to the windshield has a couple small rust holes, the passanger side has some small pin holes in the far corner of the dash next to the windshield, nothing major very easy fix, these are very common spots for this to occur on these models. Over all the complete Trans Am body is in very sound shape. The original color is Lucerne Blue paint code 26 - 26, very rare color on a 1970 1/2 Trans Am, most of the 1970 1/2 Trans Ams where painted Polar White, paint code 10 - 10, they only made a hand full of the Lucerne Blue 1970 1/2 Trans Ams. The front and rear flairs where all old and dry cracked, so you need to buy a new complete set, you can buy the complete set online for a very reasonable price. I have owned this car for many years, I bought it from the guy that has owned it since the late 80's early 90's, I bought it a couple miles from my house, nice dry Arizona car, hard to find. I have some old Registrations from the late 80's and early 90's, also have all the reciepts for the motor. Have the clean Arizona title in hand. The original color of the interior is Medium Bright Blue Vinyl (standard) trim code 201. The original bucket seats with the one year only little headrests have been redone back to its original color Medium Bright Blue Vinyl (standard) along with the rear seat , they look really good redone. Comes with the new Blue carpet kit and package tray. The rest of the original interior is still in the car, like the dash, door panels, moldings and headliner, its all original and in fair shape, could use some redoing to match all the new parts and stuff I have redone. You can see all of the new and redone stuff along with the inside of the interior in the pictures that I have posted. This 1970 1/2 Pontiac Trans Am is a very rare car because it's a Lucerne Blue paint code 26 - 26, that they made very few of, like a said before most 1970 1/2 Trans Ams where Polar White paint code 10 - 10, on top of that it's a factory 4spd car and it's a 1970 1/2 Trans Am, also has the original matching number Ram Air lll 400. This car is a great car to restore, would be a pretty easy project because it's a pretty complete car and pretty solid and on top of that some of the exspensive stuff has already been done, so you already have a great start and a great rare investment. These Trans Ams you really never see on the road or at car shows or even advertised. Please email me anytime on any detail questions on the Trans Am, I will get back with you as soon as possible. Please if your very serious about my car, bid to what you can afford or make me a reasonable offer and we can deal from there, please any emails asking the reserve price I will not respond, thanks again and good luck bidding. I reserve the right to end the auction at anytime. I can get you a great wholesale price on shipping. You can come view the car at my house anytime with a appiontment.
