this is a 1987 4runner i bought about 5 months ago and just finished it to the point i wanted it, but i really dont know if i really 6 cars lolol.the po just put a new starter and battery before i got it, i put new battery cables, changed ALL fluids,plugs,wires,cap,rotor,dust seal under cap,new master cylinder,one new caliper,one rear wheel cylinder,new aisin clutch,all new interior paneling(not just recovered its new)new tires(letters are still blue)new heavy guage rubber floor with all new padding under it(this thing drives QUIETLY now)new speaker wires all ran, new rockford fosgate punch 6.75 up front and 6x9s in the rear,it does have its share of dings but it is 24 years old, new grant wheel,all new light in gauge cluster and tilt meter, rear window works perfect, ac has not been charged yet so it is untested and inner dome light needs replaced but overall in great shape, if i see its going to sell for a decent price i will get the dome light and ac charged.i will let the pics speak for themselves and i will leave my # for any questions.the dents in the rear pass side are from the po, they had a hi lift jack stuffed in there, also i do have abrand new alpine for this, i only have 198 miles on everything ive done to it, i just insured it monday 8/6/12 thanks for looking steve garcia 719-565-8642 On Aug-09-12 at 13:25:57 PDT, seller added the following information: the clutch has 198 miles on it, also the doors have new window regulators,new out weather seals,and have been undercoated on the inside, the rear quarters were also undercoated and i cut some insulation to fit before everthing went back together, the rear headliner is also new, i know im forgetting things but if you want to know just ask.On Aug-09-12 at 13:53:03 PDT, seller added the following information: thank you for all the questions already, i have posted some engine and under the runner pics, i cant seem to delete any pics so if you want to see something specific, just leave me you email and the pic you want and il send it direct.On Aug-09-12 at 14:04:21 PDT, seller added the following information: supposedly the po bought this truck and it had a bad headgasket, when he took the head off he just figured since basically the only thing left in the engine compartment was the block he just pulled it and had the whole thing(head and block) rebuilt and only said to have about 15k on it at the time of sale, i deal with alot of cars so by the tags still on the hoses and the oil pan and some parts of the harness were kinda tight from misrouting i didnt question the engine being replaced(i used to work at NUMMI which was toyota) i corrected the tight harness.i think thats it lol so like i said any questions just ask.
