2006 FORD RANGER XLT 4X4 4.0L Up for auction is a 2006 Ford ranger 4x4 with a REBUILT SALVAGE TITLE. This was purchased through an insurance auction in Boston,MA. It had minor collision to the right front corner of the vehicle.We replaced the right fender, headlight, grille, and lower bumper valance. The rest is all original. No damage to any mechanical parts. When we got it we noticed that the right front part of the frame had signs of damage. As you can see in the pictures, it is right behind the front right tire. It had been previously repaired by heating and pulling the frame back to normal. A mechanic told us it was moved about 1/4 inch. All measurements are the same and I have had no problems driving it. I really didnt mind that, since it drives normal. Tires aligned well with no problems. If you are hesitant about this, please dont bid. I dont want complaints a couple months later. The truck does not have airbags. The collision hit right on one of the sensors that made the airbags deploy. The only thing we did was fix the covers, the airbags were not replaced. The truck works great. I have had it since march but I really need a larger vehicle. It seems the previous owner took good care of it. The interior is very clean and smoke free. It has really cold a/c.I added new 265/70 r16 yokohama geolander all terrain tires. I purchased these at discount tire for $700. These were installed late april and have around 3,000 miles on them.
