1983 Hurst Olds 15th Annivarsary Cutlass You are bidding on a 1983 Hurst Olds (W-40). The car is in overall "good" condition with the exception of the cosmetic appearance. It runs good but there is a slip between 1st and 2nd gear. Everything that makes the car a Hurst is still there, i.e. "Lightning Rods", spoiler & hood scoop, plaques and trim. The dash currently installed is just temporary in order to move the car around as there is one that is fully restored without any cracks and complete with harnass installed that will be sold with the car. The engine is not an original 307 but a mid 70's 350. The feedback carb has been rebuilt and all emissions/ecm wiring and componets are functioning as normal. The windshield has been replaced as well as the exhaust. The exhaust is a Wagner system for the Hurst and has been fitted to resemble the OE system as best as possible. Since this is not a "T" top car, the floor pans are in great condition. The quarter panels, fenders, hood and rear decklid are very solid. There is only one small spot on the rear quarter, which is pictured, that has surface rust on it. The doors have seen better days and should be replaced. Any 80's Olds Cutlass or Buick Regal "G Body" doors are interchangeable. The wiring harnass is original and unmolested. this car is a great starting point for someone looking to restore a classic "G-Body".
