I am letting go of Speedy. I purchased Speedy in 2003. I am the first and only owner of this vehicle. And yes the mileage is correct there are only 4957 miles. I live in Wisconsin so the season is fairly short to drive a convertible. This car was manufactured by the top builder of 356 Speedster replicars, Vintagespeedsters.com. If you are unfamiliar with this company please visit their website. They have over 2500 of these cars on the road. This car as you can see from the pictures is the wide body version of the car. It has the flared fenders with the wide tread to fill the wheels well out. It has an AM/FM/CD player with a removable face plate. And yes it does have A/C. It does work, I only switched it on a few times. Has the upgraded 1915cc engine with dual Weber carbs.It is a very clean car, no accidents, not driven in bad weather, always garaged, pampered all the way around. Has only seen the shop for oil changes and the 3,000 mile valve adjustment. There are couple small imperfections. I have included a picture of a crack that extends from the passenger side window frame where it enters the body. This existed from when I bought the car. I have monitored this crack over the years and it has not spread. There is a small chip on the driver side door frame (about half the size of small fingernail). And a small chip that is under the convertible roof where it connects to the car on the passenger side.
