Let’s get right into it... 2009 ACURA MDX AWD 1 OWNER DEALER INSPECTED EXTERIOR CONDITION due to the accedint this vehicle has been in, i took it to the dealer and had it fully inspected for frame, body and safty along with electricals, vehicle passed all inspection points and the report is avalible up on request. Exterior is in excellent/above average condition! The paint is still fresh, glossy and holds a very nice shine. I did a walk around and found no dents, dings or major scratches. Exterior notes: The right quarter panel and rear bumper have some light scrapes/scratches on them. INTERIOR CONDITION The previous owner must have really enjoyed this vehicle, I say this because I am impressed at how well the interior was maintained. I do not have any disclosures to make. Very clean and a non smoker vehicle. Interior notes: None MECHANICAL CONDITION No indicator lights on the dash, everything seems to be working properly. From test drive, everything felt tight, no hesitation, very fast response, great engine acceleration with a smooth shifting transmission. Brakes respond the way they should. MECHANICAL NOTES: none. WHEELS & TIRES The tires currently have about 25% tread remaining on them. The wheels are in a great overall condition with 3 of the 4 containing some minor curb rash on the outer lips.
