You are bidding on a 1982 AMC Jeep CJ-7. This vehicle was purchased new and still owned by the Northwest Homer Fire Protection District. This Vehicle was custom made into a fire brush unit by the men and women of the district. This vehicle is in almost all original condition except for the custom made equipment used for the brush firefighting. Some recent maintenance replaced the alternator and battery. Depending on the winning bidder some of the emergency equipment may need to be removed (colored light bar, siren and lettering). This vehicle has been hand washed, waxed, and kept inside its entire life. All of the maintenance records are available and on file. There are two minor dents on the vehicle one on the rear stainless steel bumper driver’s side and the other on the driver’s sidewall through the Jeep logo. There is normal wear and tear on the vehicle for is age. The vehicle runs well and has just been recently remove from service for sale.
