1985 VW Scirocco.I bought this vehicle off ebay in Feb. 2008. Drove it 100 miles to my house,drove and ran very good.I parked it for a few months and when I started it up I realized I had a hole in the fuel line.There is a feed and return line that run from the engine compartment all the way back to the tank.To replace the line doing it correctly, with the least amount of problems I pulled the engine out to have easy access to the lines that run behind the engine.That is as far as I got. I bought a bently service manual,new motor mounts and a used fuel pump housing bracket. The motor is out of the car,but everthing is there to put it back together. The body is in very good shape with the exception of some rear wheel lip repair needed and some paint peeling on the bottom of the passenger fender,but no holes in the fender. The floor,sub frame and inner front wheel wells are also in very good shape. This will make someone a very nice car for someone who has the ability to put it back together.I accept cash, Paypal and personal check,but will not let the car go until the check clears.I can assist in loading of the vehicle if you are using a transport company.
