Vehicle Detail
I am the second owner and I have owned the car for a little over two years. The car was purchased with exactly 46,240 miles. It has been garage kept for the entire time I have owned it and as received a considerable amount of upgrades. I have kept detailed records of all the upgrades and maintenance since I have owned it. the following upgrades are: -New OEM front suspension, Right and Left—Front Control Arm & Ball joint assembly, Control Arm Bushings, Stablizer/Sway bar links, Tie rod assembly. - New OEM Sybesma Electromics rear view mirror. (Unfortunately, as with most BMW's rear view mirrors, they tend to leak the fluid that dims when night driving; mine was no exception) BMW warranties these for life and it was replaced the moment I purchased it. - Ireland engineering rear camber and caster kit - Ireland engineering sub-frame and trail arm bushing upgrade - Bilstien sport shocks, front & rear - H&R Springs (red) - Rogue engineering rear shock mounts - Rouge engineering tranny mounts - UUC clutch stop - Clutch master kevlar clutch (Originally I upgraded to a sprung-hub clutch and light flywheel by Gripforce—Great power!—but the rattling, typical of this set-up, was simply obnoxious.) Clutch master was installed about 2 months ago. Major improvement. Great engagement, smooth and powerful. This clutch will last 70-85k miles. - Clutch master Steel Flywheel - BMW OEM Transmission pin kit installed. These cars suffer from hard engagements on 1, 5 and reverese. this one did not, so I had it done as a precautionary measure. - New pilot bearing and Drive Shaft Flex Join. the previous owner lived in Chicago. Although it has VERY low miles, the cold weather is unforgiving. - BMW OEM value gasket replaced - New Bosch spark plugs - Bosch Fuel Filter - Spot stop Slotted and drilled rotors; Front & Back - EBC green stuff pads - Stainless steel Braking lines, wrapped in Red coating- Really cool! - Blue brake fluid — I've flushed the braking system twice since I've owned it. - Whalen Seat bushings - Z3roadter roof cover— I bought it to protect the top from the elements when i took the car out for a ride. It also helps keep the car cool in the dreadful Miami heat. - Stone Gaurds - ///M floor Mats - Car came with the Original Convertible cover - Clifford G5 Alarm system - 19" Beyern Rapps. wrapped in Falken 452. Great ride! - Bavarian Soundwerks speaker upgrade and iPod Aux connection. The car runs very strong! Mechanically, it's in excellent condition.—Its fast, reliable and a real head turner. Quick note: I've collected these cars for years. I've owned 4 since 2000. Currently I drive a Z3m Estoril Blue, coupe. The reason I am selling it is quite simple, I don't need two cars. This was my weekend and summer driver. I've enjoyed her and now it's time to send her off to a good home. I am a serious owner who cares very much for these cars. I expect anyone interested to be as serious owning it as I have been. Please serious buyers only. This car is priced just right for a quick sale. Feel free to write to me if you have any questions. On Jul-12-12 at 17:15:49 PDT, seller added the following information: it was brought to my attention that I mistakenly misspelled the VIN number. the VIN # is: WBSCK934XYLC91090 On Jul-14-12 at 11:25:02 PDT, seller added the following information: It stopped raining in Miami today so I decided to include more pictures. Hopefully this will answer many of the questions I've been asked about my car. These pictures were taken today, July 14th 2012 at 1pm. Also, a dozen people have asked me; Can I pick this car up and drive it back to my home—1500 + miles? My answer is YES. Why am I so confident? Well I drive this car from my Key west and Miami home nearly every summer weekend, 3+ hours. My wife and I have also taken a few road trips, the furthest was New Orleans—15 hour drive—from Miami and back. Most, if not all of the 15k miles I put on it, since I've owned it, are highway miles. If there are any questions that I can help answer. I would be happy too. But serious inquiries only please.
