Up for bid is a 1996 GMC Sonoma extended cab pickup--2 wheel drive. 2.2. 4-cylinder engine. Auto trans. 181,000 miles on truck. The engine runs good but does need a cylinder head gasket. Local repair shop says about $500 to repair, with shaving the head and new gasket. Thisprice includes the labor.All new parts recentily done to truck over last 2 years include new fuel pump, battery, brakes including rotors, wheel bearings and seals, radiator, U-joints. New tires-P205/75R15. Includes diamond plate 2-compartment tool box. Solid truck, with only rust on the driver side bottom rear corner of cab. Good running truck that gets great gas mileage for a little pickup. Worth the money to fix this truck, but also would make a excellent parts truck.
