1936 Packard 120-B Touring - Twin Sidemount Car Offered for sale is a 1936 Packard 120-B Touring. Build date 6/23/1936 - originally delivered to Dover, NJ. The Packard has been in our family for almost 30 years. The car had an older restoration which has aged quite well. It has the original 6 volt electrical system which fires right up. The engine runs quite well with plenty of power. The car shifts great and the clutch & transmission seem to be quite mechanically sound. The brakes work quite well. Overall the paint is in excellent condition with no rust on the body. The chrome is in very good to excellent condition. The tires, while older, are in excellent shape. This Packard has no midifications other than an electronic fuel pump replacing the mechanical one. The carburetor was just professionally restored to ensure the car is in excellent running condition. The interior of the car is in decent condition but it has a few issues. Some of the trim needs to be re-glued and a couple of the cardboard door panels are warped. The trim around one of the windows needs replacing. The carpet is ok but fits a bit poorly. The shocks should also be replaced. The hood is not attached properly and has caused some paint issues around the hood. These will require touch up. Also, the rear lights are currently not operational. This wonderful Packard can be driven and enjoyed as is or easily brought up to show standards. It is an impressive car that draws crowds where ever it is driven.
