1965 Mercury Comet has a brand new 351 30 over engine with Eldibrock Aluminum heads, air gap intake, the engine is all brand new professionally rebuilt, it has a new 4 speed top loader with scatter shield, all the clutch, pressure plate, throw out bearings and transmission is all new, 9 inch ford rear end has been narrowed down with after market axels and wheelie bars....this is a high dollar race car I just don't have the patience to fool with it any more so I am going to sell it so Ford guys come and buy this car and get after the GTO and Camaro's cause this thing is a mean piece of stuff show the GM boys who's boss. The only things this car needs is a high torch starter or any kind you want I was going to get a high torch one but didn't get around to it and also needs seat belt harnesses and if I were doing it I would put two racing seats in it but you could get by with just one if you wanted. This car has all the high dollar stuff such as MSD 7AL box, big 5 inch face shift light tach, all the direct oil and fuel pressure guages, all new disc brakes, rack and penion steering..I could go on and on..car is going to be sold for about one third for what it cost to build it I have decided I am not going to race and this is race all the way. ...buy this cheap and go have a blast!!
