This is a fresh trade in that I bought from the Mini dealer. The car is gorgeous !!!!! First things first. I bought it knowing it had an engine noise. My mechanic and myself are pretty sure that it's "piston slap" which is actually pretty common on these old Volvo's. Noise will lessen as it warms, and when given throttle. If you are looking at this listing you probably know more than I do about this. But man....this car is so nice I figured I had to put it on Ebay for a real enthusiast to see. The paint is very nice and the body is straight with the exceptin of a wobble in the drivers rear quarter that I have tried to picture. Also pictured are some spots on the hood where there was som tree pitch. The interior is as nice. The drivers seat had a rip in it, so I had that recovered. It matches pretty darn good but not perfect. The dash has a typical crack above the instrument cluster. Carpet, headliner, glovebox are excellent. I took pictures where the rust and funk usually are in the rear, and they are very clean. No third seat. After market stereo, heated front seats, missing map pocket on the drivers door, and as usuall a cracked one on the passenger side. One hubcap is missing the Volvo logo on the center cap. I am listing it to be a real auction !!!! Low starting bid with NO RESERVE !!!!! I am confident that some one out there in Ebayland will appreciate this car for what it is and as it is. I may run for ever with the slap, or you may repair it to new. It has really low miles for its age, but you make the call.
