This car is a fully dedicated compressed natural gas car. The CNG system seems to be in good working order, with no leaks or problems. I am not a certified CNG mechanic, this is just my own personal opinion. This car has been driven around town with no problems. The car starts right up and runs and drives. Motor doesn’t make any bad noises and transmission shifts through all gears. This car is sold as-is however, and you as the buyer will need to invest time and money to make this car 100% road ready. Engine light is NOT ON. Brakes rotors and pads will need to be replaced, AS-IS AS-IS AS-IS this is a no reserve Auction!! Factory optioned NGV, ordered by New York State new for the department of transportation. Overall this car is in nice condition! Paint is nice and shiny. There is rust in the following places. Don’t get scared, I am just fully disclosing this car. Under the hood there are rust spots as pictured. There is not structural rot, all spots could be grinded and coated and would not continue to grow. Some rust spots on strut towers and front frame rails. Nothing that is structurally significant. There is a small rust hole about 1 inch in diameter under front edge of hood, and there is some rust around the latch location on the hood. There are bubbles at the front corners of the hood, between the headlights and grille. There is rust on the front driver door , at the bottom edge. All other door bottoms are free of rust. Interior is clean and what you would expect for a 10 year old car. Passenger and drivers front doors have scratched from where a decal was removed . Rest of the cars paint shines nicely! Normal surface rust on the undercarriage , not rot anywhere on the body ! 4 tire pass inspection This car was maintained by NEW YORK STATE, and all the regular mechanical maintenance on this car seems to be in good order. There is leak on the backside of the motor that I cannot see, however when the car sits it drips on the exhaust pipe so that when you run the car, the residual smokes off of the pipe.
