1965 Volkswagen Beetle - Classic

Decided to sell my 1965 VW convertible. It's lowered with an adjustable beam in front, Custom widened rear wheels,125x15 front tires,205x70x15 rear tires. Has a nice lowered but drivable stance. Has 356 Porsche hubcaps, 1950 Ford trim rings. Car is an older restoration, has rust in bottoms of both doors,( included in sale are a pair of nice solid convertible doors to use for replacement), floor pan has a couple of small holes in battery tray, otherwise solid, this area can be easily repaired. Sub rails are excellent.... no need to replace floors or sub rails on this car.The car hasn't been hit in the front or rear,doors shut with a click and line up nicely. All convertible parts are present, nothing to hunt down. Top is in good condition and goes up and down with ease. Paint is old and has some flaking spots and scuffs and scrapes and a couple of small dents in fenders that have been tapped out, it will need a paint job to be in show condition. The interior was replaced two years ago with a TMI kit and is in excellent condition. The car runs and drives, has a cool patina, and would make an excellent car to drive as-is ....... or do a show car restoration.
