This car is currently not running, its a 2002 Mitsubishi Lancer OZ Rally, this is the rare edition of the lancers, it has no title, and it needs the steering column, current column can be welded, it needs a new battery, and after that the car will run. I dont know how to get the title for it, its a cheap price for a car like this, the car is in excellent condition besides those three problems mentioned above, the car has no dents, or rust.
