1990 Ford Club wagon XL van 5.8 litre engine. Low miles on new engine(50,000 miles) and transmission(less then 50,000 miles). UPDATE : Runs, shifts, and stops good. I found that the catalytic converter was clogged up so I unbolted it and it now runs fine. You can hollow it out and bolt it back up and it will be quiet again, or replace it. You can drive it home if need be, I test drove it today and it runs good. This is a heavy duty van, 3/4 ton, eight lug 16'' wheels, dual fuel tanks, both work, great for long trips. The odometer shows 86,500 miles but it has turned over once and the mileage is really 186,500 The engine was replaced around 130,000 miles with a remanufactured engine and the transmission was rebuilt by AAMCO . Keep in mind this is eligable for historic tags in Maryland so you will not need to get it inspected and will never need an emissions test. I have to many vehicles so I'm selling it cheap with no reserve. The passenger side of the van has bad rust, see pics. the underside is solid, the exhaust is good as well, ( you will need to bolt the catalytic converter back on ) This was tagged and on the road and passed it's emissions test for 2012. It has a c.d. player, power windows, power locks, the passenger side window is not working. It has a/c but that doesn't seem to be blowing cold, probably just needs a recharge but I haven't had the time to investigate that. This would make a great work van or people transporter, the seats are removable for more cargo space. I will be adding more pics soon. Sold as is.
