If you have been looking for a classic Mustang then you know when they are priced right and are nice, they sell. I am selling this 65 Mustang for a friend of mine. The only reason the car is for sale is the family has some family matters that only cash will settle. The previous owners have had it for 10 years. They had planned to keep it in the family forever. So now is your chance to strike while the iron is hot! This old car (47 years old) is in remarkably great shape. The 302 engine is strong and has lots of extra power and runs smooth like a sewing machine! The c4 auto shifts firm and the car drives good down the road in town or on the highway. The 302 engine has an Edelbrock aluminum intake and Holley 4 barrel and it sounds ever so sweet with its flowmasters and even the electric choke works! When I took the car for a drive the only thing I can say that it needs is two front tires. The car has wide (60 series) tires and they are thin in the middle so when you hit a big bump in the road the car tends to pull right or left, its not uncontrollable but it might suprise you if didnt expect it. With no power steering and worn fat tires its not suprising. The doors and body lines are very good on this car. The ONLY rust issue is one small hole (see pic) in the floor pan behind the passengers side front seat. This car is very dependable and can be driven every day just like it is or you can fix it up and make it into a show car. The interior is very nice and Its supposed to have the original carpet!
