The interior and exterior of the car is very clean. It has new brake pads and rotors and lots of thread left on tires. Originally this Mercedes was purchased from the insurance auction with light right front damage. All parts were replaced with OEM parts. Replaced parts consist of the right fender, right headlight, right fog light, driver airbag, front bumper cover and hood. All work was done according to factory specifications and measurements and passed alignment once it was fixed. Bidder assumes full responsibility to perform any research or inspection needed regarding the condition of the automobile prior to placing a bid. Do not bid if you do not intend to purchase. Financing arrangements need to be complete prior to auctions end. Buyers inspections must be completed prior to 24 hours before the end of auction. Payment information: cash, cashiers-check, certified funds or money order is accepted. No loans. Successful buyer must contact me within 24 hours after the auction has ended and make a $500.00 non-refundable deposit. Buyer needs to make arrangements to complete the transaction within 7 business days of the end of auction, full payment must be received either by cash payment, cashiers-check, or certified funds. If funds are not received, and an alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle can and will be made available to other potential buyers on a first-come, first-serve basis and the initial $500.00 deposit will be lost. Shipping and delivery: All shipping charges are the "buyer's" responsibility. I will do my best to help with shipping arrangements but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage. I assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our shop. The amount of time it takes for delivery depends upon the "carrier" selected. A typical experience is 7-14 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility until it is delivered to your destination. Verify with the "carrier" for an estimated time of arrival to be sure.
