You are looking at a 1961 VW Beetle that we restored for our customer 3 years ago. The vehicle had New Tan Paint done, New Red Interior, All new Chrome & Rubber installed outside the vehicle. The customer purchased a Re-Pop "W" Decklid for a Convertable & had us paint match it & install on the vehicle for better cooling purposes. It recently had all 4 new tires put on it with Front DISC Brakes installed. It has the stock wheels with beauty rings & the Wolfsburg Crest Nipple Hubcaps al the way around. The vehicle is a NON-Smoker vehicle. We installed a rebuilt 1600cc Dualport Engine that was built for commuting purposes when the restoration was done. The customer used this vehicle on the freeway daily. He kept all of the maintanence up on the vehicle. The vehicle runs & drives excellent. He took EXTREMELY Good care of it. It has an VDO Oil Pressure Guage & a VDO Oil Temperature Guage Installed. It also has a Tachometor. We installed fog lights on the front bumper for foggy driving, & H4 Headlamp Bulbs. We installed a Rebuilt Freeway Flyer Transmssion when the car was restored. There are many extras on this vehicle. The customer did not have us paint the dash during the restoration.
