YOU CAN SEE IN THE VIDEO THAT THE SPEEDOMETER ISN'T WORKING. I HAVE SOME RECEIPTS FROM THE PAST OWNER DATING BACK TO 1991 SHOWING THE CAR HAD 49,000 MILES ON IT THEN.
