For Sale is a 1988 Red Mazda RX-7 Turbo II in a nice condition. This car is a 5 speed which makes it that much more fun to drive. I just had a major tune up done on the car and she is running well. I had a fuel cut off switch put in on the drivers side so there is no flooding on this Turbo like most other 2nd generation mazdas. Further, no one is stealing this baby! The paint is original and it looks good for its age but it is not a show car. The interior is very nice with no rips and one very small hole on the passenger seat. I just had her tuned up so she is running nice. The passenger window does not go down so that needs to be looked at. I just had a brand new stereo put in because the last one stopped working. After they put it in they told me one of the two amps is bad. There is an amp behind each seat. So, you either need to replace one of the amps or you can bypass it in order to get the new stereo to work. I would do it but I just have no time as my third child is due in 3 weeks. The hydraulics on the back window work well and hold the back window up perfectly. The AC needs to be charged. The car is insured but she has not been registered for the past year or so but I did keep up with her weekly start up as well as her bi-weekly couple mile drive to keep all of her fluids moving. Like I said before, I just had her tuned up which included checking and flushing fluids. I have owned the car for about 7 years in which I truly enjoyed even when my first child was born. Then my second child was born and since it is a 2 seater it began sitting in the garage for longer periods of time and now my third child is on the way and I know I will have no time to drive this baby. This is a 2 seater and I clearly need something with a back seat. This is a nice car but it is not a show car. The paint is original which has some nicks, and a few minor dings. You can not even see the dings until you get up close to the car. The interior is nice but again not perfect. She has been well maintained and I have many receipts even from the previous owner. Due to the age of the car it is being sold as is with no warranties or guaranties. If you need to ask your woman first then please do so before bidding.
