1986 Volvo 240 DL wagon 5 speed. Nice original car, still has the original paint, no major rust issues, has some rust on inside of back left window and a little on bottom of rear hatch. I have never had the car tagged and on the road but have test drove it, brakes work fine, drives straight, shifts fine, does not smoke or use oil.The previous owner kept it pretty well maintained with original Volvo parts, like the belts, plug wires and oil filter. It will need a new exhaust system. This is a solid old 240 that runs and drives and just needs good going over , as it has been off the road a while. I will be adding more pics soon. The lights and turn signals all work, it has a nice Pioneer super tuner c.d. player that works with detachable face and case, the heat works great, the a/c does not work, the compressor is not kicking on. The more I look over the car the better it looks for it's age, like I said it has the original paint, no signs of any accidents, no major rust issues. If it doesn't sell I might just have to keep this wonderful classic and drive it myself. I painted the wheels on the drivers side but never got around to painting the passenger side, I think I still have the can of paint I used and will include that. I have not found any mechanical issues with the car, but like I said in the description the car should be gone over, especially if you plan to drive it long distance, it has not been on the road for a few years. It is loud and will need new exhaust, you can buy all of it new on Ebay for a reasonable price. I suggest to come look at the car before bidding.
