Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE 1960 FIAT 1200 Parts Car (IMAGE GALLERY - http://imgur.com/a/7yIvz) I have a 1960 Fiat 1200 Cabriolet for Sale as a driver, parts car, or paperweight. The car has a valid Texas Title and is fairly complete. if this car is not purchased after this posting, i will be parting out what i can and then sending it to the shredder. Please dont make me shred this car. Cant you adopt this poor stray? I have included links to my image gallery that contains pictures of the vehicle. http://imgur.com/a/7yIvz I bought this car in 2011 from a seller that had begun to strip the car and prepare it to be restored. Unfortunately, they fell on hard times and I bought the car with the plan of having some bodywork done and then putting it back together for a summer driver. Unfortunately, this car requires some extensive bodywork to the floor pans and the rockers that I am just not tooled up to complete. Combine that with my desire to complete the 3 other project cars I currently have… this one has to go. These are beautiful cars when completed, here are some images of a few finished examples that I have found on the internet. 1962 Fiat 1200 Cabriolet 1961 Fiat 1200 Cabriolet 1960 Fiat 1200 Cabriolet So, if you have a 1960 through 1963 Fiat 1200, this car is a nice surplus of parts and material to support your vehicle, but please understand that these parts are listed as is. I haven’t discarded anything that came with this car since I purchased it last year. All I did was re-pack everything into the car to make more room to store it in the garage. If you wanted this to be a driver, you should know that there is fairly complete rust in both front floor pans, front and rear rocker panels and inner fender walls, and the battery box will need to be re-created. There are a few small holes in the hood and the rear of the car has some Bondo on it which suggests it’s been hit in the rear before. It’s possible… I don’t know the car’s history. This could be a project for a high school auto shop or a true masochist. Finally, know that this car rolls but doesn’t run. So any transportation will have to be arranged by the purchaser for a non-running car. I will assist the driver getting the vehicle on the truck and will tarp the open area of the car to protect the contents from the elements. I have included links to my image gallery that contains pictures of the vehicle. http://imgur.com/a/7yIvz The last 20 or images are of the vehicle packed up ready for shipment,,, I will attach the trunk lid , replace the drivers rear wheel with the spare and then tarp the cockpit to prepare for shipment.
