1997 Buick Regal GS Newer tires and brakes done. I have owned this car since November 2008 Runs and Drives. Car does not have air conditioning. The compressor was removed and replaced with a bypass pully when it started to squeal. Moon roof does not slide back (popped off track?) but does function as a sunroof (opens up and down) There are a few random items about this car such as the fold out cup holder in the middle is loose/disconnected. The glove box light and the under the hood light are burned out. None of these items really bothered me much. You can use the cup holder you just need to pull it out and wiggle it a little bit but it has always held a drink or bottle for me without any spills. The left door panel trim fell off at one time due to the door trying to be shut to close to a curb. I used screws to reattach it. We've taken this car on vacation twice out west to Montana/Wyoming without any issues. Been regularly maintained having oil changed every 2500-3000 miles. Supercharger oil was also changed since I've owned it. Right now the car does have a drain on the battery that causes it to not start without being charged. We are looking into the issue and plan on having it fixed or the problem issue disconnected. My mechanic suggested the error probably was either the rear defrost or the amp in the factory stereo. On May-28-12 at 11:24:04 PDT, seller added the following information: Pulled the fuse for the power windows and sunroof. Seems to have stopped draining the battery. If I would take an educated guess I imagine it has to do with the sunroof. Some lights on the dash are lit up (battery etc). But is starting and driving just fine. Might take it out for a cruise to make sure it doesn't leave me stranded. But I have really no worries about that. If anybody is interested in viewing the car before bidding, feel free to.
