Vehicle Detail
This 1959 Super rambler is in the condition you could have found it in in the 60's. With under 34,000 original miles, this Rambler is in Original condition except for the red stripes and red top, which were painted over the original black. This car was featured in the first season of the Sopranos (episode-7) - a neat little story. This Rambler has original everything, and everything works. It has the original straight six, the original Holley carb (with a clear glass bowl) with original air cleaner. It has the original three speed push button automatic transmission, all the speeds work and the buttons are even backlit perfectly. All dash gauges work except for the fuel guage which only moves from about quarter tank till empty. The seats have torn over the years to reveal the yellow foam padding. The headliner is in great condition. There are no known problems with this vehicle other than the seats and there are some small dents and nicks in the paint and body from being around for over 50 years. This vehicle is sold as-is where-is. It comes with owners manual and AMC shop manual and some hand me down spare parts. Everybody has an old Chevy or Ford or Studebaker or Nash or Hudson - be different - buy a Rambler!
