The remote key fob makes is super easy to get in and out of and the seating is great to ride in. Exterior: The Exterior Body of the Taurus is Burgundy with beautiful Chrome Wheels. There are Chrome touches around the windows and door handles. There is also a Chrome grill. The side profile looks so nice with more touches of Chrome for flare. The front view of this Ford Taurus shows off the Chrome grill, Fog lights, and lower body styling. There is also a front license plate bracket here as well. The Rear of this Taurus shows nicely. There are triangular wrap around brake lights. You also have some Chrome across the trunk and some badging as well. The height of the trunk is nice with matching body colored rear bumper. You also have the dual tipped exhaust pipe here. The tires are 225/55/R18 and passed VA State inspection with no problem. The Wheels are Chrome finished and look very nice with little to no curb chew. Overall this is a beautiful sedan. While there may be a very small ding or scratch the overall condition is very good. For the year and mileage, this Taurus is in far better condition than I would expect to see. There is nothing noteworthy or unexpected on the body. Interior: The interior of this Ford Taurus is beautiful. The tan supple leather is very nice and in fantastic condition. The seating surfaces are very nice and show no signs of wear. The interior color combination is very nice with tan leather, dark brown dash and touches of chrome and wood grain. The front seats are captain style, plush and so comfortable. With dual power adjustable and heat, these seats are fantastic! The driver side door has all of the power options. The top of the door has dark gray trim. The bottom part is tan leather. There is wood grain trim surrounding the power window and lock buttons. There are also memory seating settings here. Below is a cubby with cup holder for added convenience. I do notice some small scuffs near the bottom of the door. Just to the left of the steering wheel there is headlight controls and a trunk release button. The Steering wheel shows very little to no wear. There are cruise controls and audio controls here too. These are so convenient for driving and not having to take your hands off the wheel. The gage panel has all of your standard gages. They are white faced with chrome trim. There is also an on board computer here as well to give useful information such as mpg, dte, etc. You change vehicle settings here in this on-board computer as well. The controls are located right on the steering wheel. The center dash houses the audio and climate control. The audio system offers in dash 6 disc CD Changer, an MP3 Decoder, and AM FM Digital Tuner. You have speed sensitive volume and RDS. Inside the padded armrest you will find the audio in connector and another AC adaptor for your iPod or MP3 player. The system sounds Awesome! Below there is a dual climate control system. It is digital temperature display. There are also heated seat buttons here too. You also get an AC adaptor. This is all surrounded by wood grain, which looks really nice. Just above the center dash is a pop up compartment for storage. There is also a clock here. The center console houses the gear shifter. There are built in sturdy cup holders and a small cubby for storage. The padded armrests opens up into 2 sections for more storage. The passenger seat is also power adjustable and heated. The glove box opens up to an owner’s manual. Over head you have a fully powered moon roof with sunshade. You can open 1 or both or vent the roof. There are also reading lights here and a sunglasses holder. The rear view mirror is automatic as well. The rear bench seat is so comfortable and has a ton of space back here. There is a fold down armrest that opens up to 2 cup holders or you can easily fit 3 adults back here. The seating surface is beautiful and shows little to no wear. The cargo trunk is super huge. There is enough space for several golf bags or a lot of suitcases. The spare tire is mounted underneath. There is no sign of wear in the trunk either. Overall the interior of this Taurus shows far less wear than I would expect with the miles. All of the seating surfaces look fantastic and every power option works exactly as it should. Driving this full size sedan is wonderful, easy, and convenient. With 2 sets of keys and remote key fobs (one of which has never been used), you get all the extras with this Vehicle. Under the Hood: The 263 hp 3.5L V6 engine runs strong and smooth. The transmission shifts smoothly and easily even under load. With a VA State Safety Inspection, this 2008 Ford Taurus is ready to go.
