Vehicle Detail
IT'S TIME TO MAKE ROOM FOR TWO MORE CARS THAT ARE CLOSE TO COMPELTION "My Loss Could Be Your Gain" Up for auction is a unbelievably off frame restoration I completed about 12 years ago. The car has the original 85 horse engine (rebuilt). The car starts easy and just purrs like a kitten, it goes down the highway with ease and stright as an arrow. I believe I'm the second owner, as this was a real barn find for me. The car has the original mechanical brakes that work very well considering the car is 77 years old. All the steel is original with no bondo or patches, no rust. Everything works on the car lights, gauges, hand brake, door locks, etc. The interior is like brand new and very clean. The water pumps where known to leak so I replaced them with sealed bearings and that sloved the problem. As you can see I put a dual exhaust system on the old gal with mufflers that give her just enough rumble that sounds great when going down the highway. The shift knob is a original from the 1935 San Fancisco World's Fair that Ford was a major sponsor (very rare). The car has brought myself and family many years of fun and pleasure. As we do not drive the car much any more it is time for someone else to enjoy the same history of American Motoring as we have. The car is a real head turner and has won many trophies to her name. The car has been stored in a climate contolled enviorment since the completed restoration. The car is listed locally I reserve the right to end the auction at any time if sold at the local level. Required down payment within 24 hours of end of auction, balance do in 3 days, cash, bank cashier check. Car pick-up within two weeks of end of auction, buyers reponsiblity.
