1986 944 AUTOMATIC GOING TO PART OUT THE ENTIRE CAR IF THIS DOES NOT SELL LOTS OF GOOD PARTS ON THIS 944 Been looking for the title and cant find it. You can use the car for parts... Use the car for the track... Take the time to re-title the VIN number through NYS...(process is about 8 weeks) CAR NOT REGISTERED WITHIN THE LAST TEN YEARS SO ITS JUST A TON OF PAPERWORK AND TIME TO GET IT DONE...GOOD CAR IF YOU HAVE PATIENCE...I DONT.... Title Clear But Lost....just not worth my time rebuilding it...mabey not for you??? We have had a chance to go through the car closely and would recommend to drop a new engine in this car. The oil pressure is a little lower than I would like 3-4 bar, along with the engine needing a new flywheel (AUTOMATIC). The interior of the car cleaned up nice nice. Seats show wear but no major rips. Car is worth fixing up, 1986 automatics are rare. All sales are final...listed the way she sits right now. The title was still in other owners name and we dont remember who it was, we buy 3-4 cars a week. Because it has not been registered in by in the last ten years, DMV can not bring up other owner.
