Up for sale is my 1973 Triumph TR-6, very well maintained over the years, runs very, very well with no strange sounds, Magenta is the color according to the Certificate of Authenticity which is on hand, numbers match, 4 speed manual, transmission and clutch are very sound, changes gears very well, all synchros are good, reverse works well, engine runs cool, excellent oil pressure the whole time-when cold it has 70lbs of oil pressure and as it warms up it holds 50 lbs as you go down the road, all guages works-tachometer, speedometer, odometer, oil pressure, water temperature, volts, fuel guage-all lights and turn signals, radio, brakes and running lights, fan blower motor works on both speeds, windshield wipers work (windshield washer does not squirt out fluid). It looks as though the wood dash was refinished some years ago and looks very good with no peeling or cracks. Continuing on the mechanical, the brakes are excellent and stop the car on a dime; the tires are near new and hold the car very well to the road; the car does not wander as you go down the road and drives very tight and straight. Carburetors are in adjustment and "take the gas" when the accelerator is depressed. No problems with the tank or bad fuel. The car always starts up with a pull of the choke and after a short warm up is ready to drive. No modifications to the engine have been made; there is an aftermarket exhaust which does make the car sound very good. The chrome wheels are just immaculate and have no curb rash and all of the knock offs are in perfect condition with no marks from a hammer; there is a knock off wheel hammer included with the vehicle. All keys work in the doorlocks and trunk lid and ignition. Door panels are in very good condition; there is one small crack on passenger side door panel at the very top; it is not unsightly but I thought it should be mentioned; driver side door panel is excellent; dash cover is perfect with no cracks. all door handles inside and outside work and there are two sets of keys for the car; the convertible top is in excellent overall condition with no rips or tears and the plastic windows are in very good overall condition with no yellowing or cracks.The exterior paint is just stunning! The body is very clean and straight and all the gaps look correct and even. Both doors close well and do not sag; we do see some bubbles in the paint on the very bottom of the fenders and we have taken pictures so that you can see. While not perfect, there are no scales, no rust showing through, no holes. Chrome headlight rings and stone guards are perfect; the bumpers, front and back, have the original chrome; while they show ok and are passable as they are, they are not bright, bright There are no dings or dents in the bumpers. Underneath the car is very solid, no rust in the trunk area, nor in the floors; all sheet metal is original, no patches, no repairs. I have endeavored to describe the car as honestly as possible showing the "warts" and all. Anyone who doesn't is being less than honest when describing a vehicle.
