Has a 400 short block. I have had this truck for 7 years. When I bought it I was told the engine was rebuilt, but I don't have documentation. I have only put 11,000 miles on it. Used it for farm work. One farm is 2 miles away, so that was about the only time on highway. That and going to gas station. Still runs good, transmission and transfer case are in good working condition. Tires are very good. The transmission is going out. Thats why it's for sale. Windshield has a bad crack in it, but it passed inspection a couple of times. Guess it depends on where you get it checked. The seat isn't in good shape either. I use a cushion when I drive it. The gas pedal is off, but you can still start it and drive it. I have the gas pedal, just haven't put it back on. I believe the mileage to be accurate for the chasis, based on paperwork I got when I bought it, but again, can't guarantee that. No rust through in the bed, but there is on the cab next to the doors. Not much though. Clutch and brakes work fine.On May-06-12 at 18:23:33 PDT, seller added the following information: Just noticed I said the transmission is going out. It isn't. It's the rear end. Again, the transmission is fine. I guess I had a "senior" moment. Sorry about that.
