The Jensen Healey is a two-seat sports car originally produced between 1972 and 1976 by Jensen Motors in England. It originally came with a Lotus 16 valve engine which was professionally replaced with a 1974 Chevy Corvette 4 bolt main 350 which has been completely rebuilt with all new parts including Edelbrock Performer RPM aluminum heads, Comp Cams roller hydraulic cam, roller lifters, Magnum push rods, Crain 1.6 roller rockers, forged Probe pistons, Edelbrock Airgap Endura shine manifold, Proform 650 cfm carb, steel crank, digitally balanced producing an estimated 440HP. It has a Saginaw close ratio four speed, new clutch, pressure plate, Ford rear end, front and rear sway bars, new brakes and hoses, all gauges work except the speedo which needs a new gear. The exhaust is custom built with 2&1/2 mandrel bends, four mufflers with stainless tips. New floor pans, no rust, undercoated with sound deadening in floors and doors and the chassis is reinforced with sub frame connectors to handle the extra torque. The interior has new carpet, door panels, English leather steering wheel, new vinyl seats with new black Australian leather on the seating surfaces and trans tunnel with red stiching-looks great! A roll bar and a new $350 black cloth top come with the car(not installed). The car was repainted before I purchased it but really needs paint and very minor body work to complete. Car weighs about 2500 lbs with 50/50 weight distribution. A 12 second 1/4 mile car.
