I'm selling my 1967 VW bus. I'm the third owner and have had it for twelve years. I used it only in the summer time to run a very succesful mobile smoothie business and the obligatory coastal road trips down to California a few times. She's been kept in a garage 80% of her life. This bus is not perfect, but offers a lot of room for customization (like whitewalls and a rack). This bus is made for hitting the road! 1600cc engine, over jetted carb, external oil cooling, custom tow package, Transform II transmission, Bilstine shocks. Oil temp and pressure gauge, external oil cooling. This bus has power to make it over mountain passes easily and will drive anywhere in the U.S. A real head turner, with custom hardwood floors and cabinets. Interior is in great condition, no rips in the headliner. There is a little rust under the front windows and on the floor pan but nothing major, the undercarrige is pretty clean. Completely straight body. All doors and windows close properly without effort. Original key. The master cylinder has been recently rebuilt as well as the front end (King Pins). The tow package consists of a tow bar with ball and trailer light hook-up. Things I know do not work: speedometer (needs rebuilt), radio, clock, temp gauge and the front window has a pin leak. Like I said, this bus is solid and will make it across the U.S. right now, very nice for the low reserve I'm asking. I'm also including TONS of spare parts. Doors, windows, trim, lights, generators, oil pumps etc. lots of good stuff. Great for a daily driver, or full restoration project.
