This is a 1971 model 250C Mercedes, the fully appointed two-door coupe. This car was purchased from its second owner in 2010. It has been kept garaged at all times exempt in the last few months that my 280se came in. As you know, this beautiful car is smog inspection exempt in California (and most other States of the Union) and qualifies for affordable Classic Car Insurance.This car is in beautiful shape – it literally stops traffic when I take it out. There's a few things that could be fixed like an interior door nob and other minor details like some blemishes in the paint and stuff but all in all its in really good condition. Since I have owned it, I have done a ton of work that includes.Restored Alternator, Radiator, Front and back suspension work, carburator rebuilt, complete exhaust overhaul, Carpets, Paint Job, complete brake work, steering completely redone, all belts are new. No leaks of any kind.This is not a show car but a very nice 41 year old daily driver I would say. I drove this car every day for a year and a half and can't say anything bad about this car. Its like a tank that never breaks. It took me, my kids and dogs to Malibu at least a hundred times.All the pictures I added last of the interior and trunk, undercarriage and engine where taking right now with my iPhone. Mind you I would give the interior an 8 out of 10 and it's original. The wood could get fixed a bit but the stirring wheel is at least a $500.00 dollar wheel. Radio works and original antenna and speaker. Original perfect headliner. The more I look at it the more I realize it's a steal.The first 6 pics were taken last week and show the car as is right now after a quick wash and dry here at home. The last 10 pics were taken on 4/28/2012 NO RESERVE SOO GOOD LUCK BIDDING!!!
