I bought this Javelin from a friend who restored it in his body shop.I got the car 5 years ago.It was only driven up till 1971 and parked in South Caranina.It was shipped to Ohio in 2005 . It was a 6 cyl with a auto.Thay were removed and the car was painted there was no rust or body work to speek of. Car is as solid car as you are going to find.The only thing done to the interior was replace the carpet.The motor was replaced with a 1971 304 Auto out af a Ambassador with 40,000 miles on it.It ran great and still does.I had to put all new king pins ,Tie rod and ball joints in .The grease was hard as a rock and they had no fittings to grease them.New stainless EX and wheels, rechrome bumpers.This car is ready tio drive this summer as is.I had a blast with it over last 5 years but now I am finishing an 1968 AMX to drive this summer.
