2010 Volkswagen Jetta 2.5L Automatic with 26k. No title, clean carfax. Front end damage, but definitely repairable. No damage to hood, radiator, engine/transmission. Frame horns and unibody both straight. Fixable or part out. On Apr-13-12 at 23:05:09 PDT, seller added the following information: Vehicle is for sale locally so I may end the action at any time. On Apr-16-12 at 08:45:12 PDT, seller added the following information: I have had a million questions about the title for this vehicle. The car was not crashed by the owner and neither insurance company agreed to cover the damage. Not long after the car was wrapped up in a bankruptcy settlement. I bought the car from a local guy (the owner) to part out, but I really have no time. The owner said the title is obtainable through some sort of legal process. Those who are familiar with this process or are knowledgeable in the field may be able to get the title. For most others, the car is best used for parts. As no insurance claim was ever settled, I believe the car should have a clean title. I have talked to Volkswagen and they will not divulge any information about the car. This car is not stolen and VW has not expressed an interest in the car. I assume, written off as a loss. That is about all I know, please don't ask if I can get the title.
