This is a very nice, correct original Mach I with only one correct to color code repaint. A classic gorgeous “driver” Mach I for an enthusiastic lover of these rare muscle cars. It is owned by a mature retired owner well kept in his private car collection for the past 8 years, always well maintained, heated stored and driven to local events. The Details; This 1969 Mach I is a very original survivor car aside from one correct factory color older repaint that shows beautifully but it is not a perfect new show quality paint job. It is a very rare color almost never seen Indian Fire and very few Mach I's in 69' came thru with this paint color (i have never seen another one at any shows). It has an arrow straight believed to be no-hit body with excellent panel fit with awesome factory shaker hood w/black-out treatment & hood pins. It has been upgraded to new polished Magnum 500 wheels w/50's on the back for an awesome looking stance. The chrome is in excellent condition. The stainless trim, emblems, glass, are in excellent original condition. The comfortweave black vinyl interior is original and looks very nice thru-out with new correct carpets w/red inserts lots of original survivor details abound right down to the radio, the original rim blow steering wheel, and much more. The engine compartment has been correctly detailed for shows and is very correct with the gorgeous optional fully functional factory Ram-Air set-up, under the hood was recently repainted & clear coated its a stunner to see it. The trunk is very nice with spare tire original factory wheel original trunk stickers intact and correct trunk mat. The undercarriage/chassis is excellent never had any issues. The Mechanicals; The heart of this 1969 Mach I is its rebuilt excellent running factory 351 M-Code four-barrel Windsor 351 engine. The FMX speed automatic transmission shifts properly and has been well maintained and has been regularly serviced. It has an aluminized dual exhaust with chrome tips that sounds just right, its been upgraded to new disc brakes that are factory power boosted, newer Eagle GT radial tires, new rear shocks, chassis black preserved detailed rear-end and much more. The car has been well tuned and it runs and drives excellent with everything working properly. Mechanically it is very well sorted just get in drive anywhere with confidence.
