Hi. I am listing this car for my brother who has owned this Honda for over 12 years. He is the second owner he bought this car from a friend of the family who was the manager of a honda dealership in Princeton NJ. The original owners who were in there 60s traded it in on a new 4 door Honda after having such good luck with this car. This Prelude was always serviced by the dealership and we were also told by them that this car was always kept in their garage and by the looks of it it's obvious. Since 1999 the car has been kept in my brothers garage and has not been driven in any bad weather. This car is spotless inside and out. There is no rust anywhere. There are no dents scratches or peeling of the paint anywhere. The factory wheels have been change to an aftermarket wheel that looks similar to the original only because they were peeling and had some curb rash. The tires are in great shape and are still like new. On the inside the interior is in great shape with no rips or tears and doesn't even show any sign of wear and the carpet even looks brand new. The door panels and dash are perfect with no cracks or fade. The headliner is also perfect and this car has a power glass sun roof, A/C, power windows and locks. The original radio has been changed because it was a cassette player. Now it has an am/fm/cd/ with more power and a better sound but the original radio comes with the car. When the radio was changed none of the wires were cut. It was installed by a professional who used the correct plugs and wire kit and the power antenna also works. Under the hood is all original and has had the oil changed every 3,000 miles always. Any other parts ever changed like sparkplugs, plug wires, fuel filters, distrib caps & rotor, air filter even the valve cover gasket were changed with factory honda parts. The belts and hoses have also been changed. The exhaust system has been changed with oem honda parts as well. The transmission is an automatic and has had the fluid and filter serviced by the dealership. The car has lower than average miles for the model year and all the miles that are present are highway miles due to the area that he lives in. The car has never been smoked in and has always been driven by an adult. When you pop the trunk even that looks like it has never been used. This car has always been state saftey checked and emission tested and needs nothing. If you plan on bidding please have at least a 10 rating or better.
